El Galan Padrino
Scholarship ProgramDuring times of need we have found that many of our families face hardship to continue to pay tuition for dance programs. To support these families in times of need, we offer scholarship opportunities to ease financial burdens and ensure students remain connected to their passion for dance. Selection criteria includes low-income families, longevity of students in the program and life changing events. A limited number of candidates are selected and recipients are expected to be actively involved in the Galan Cultural Center activities.
We invite you to be a “Compadre” by becoming “El Galan Padrino.”
Your support will provide a dancer under the age of 15 with tuition, costumes, accessories and supplies.

El Galan Padrino Contributions
Our motto is “Get Active! Get involved and be proud of your heritage” and by contributing you will encourage a child’s love for dance. Our goal is to provide awareness to dance disciplines in the Latino community through music and dance expression. Your contribution will allow students to continue to learn and practice in the studio, be able to perform at community events and will aid in assisting low-income families.
“Compadre” Members
Membership benefits include early access to tickets, opportunities to watch rehearsals, 10% off merchandise, access to studio and/or dress rehearsal, and VIP seating at showcases.
